Alphacool's versatile Apex Heat Gun is the perfect tool for every water cooling enthusiast and has earned a permanent place in the toolbox. With the help of the heat gun, bending and installing hard tubes is child's play!
Full control
The temperature and air flow can be easily adjusted using buttons on the top of the Heat Gun. When activated, the large LCD display reliably shows the current temperature and the strength of the air flow.
Safety
Equipped with three rubber feet at the back, the Heat Gun can be placed perfectly to have both hands free while working. The rubber feet give the Heat Gun a very stable stand and facilitate, among other things, the cooling process after work is done. The Heat Gun is equipped with various safety functions that speed up the cooling process. After switching off the heat, the fan continues to run to remove the excess heat in the unit and allowing the heating coil to cool down evenly. This process significantly extends the durability of the Heat Gun.
Versatile use
The scope of delivery includes 3 nozzles for various applications. Beyond processing hardtubes in a water cooling system, Alphacool's Apex Heat Gun is a useful addition to any toolbox. The following applications are also possible:
- Shrinking of heat shrink tubing
- Deforming articles made of acrylic, PVC or polystyrol
- Welding of thermoplastic polymers, tarpaulins and foils
- Soldering of tin or loosening of soldered joints
- Removal of oil paints, varnishes and plastic plaster
