Consumer

It can always happen that a product does not meet your expectations.

If it concerns an online order, we follow the law distance selling and you have 14 days to change your mind. This reflection period starts from the moment the product is in your possession. Within the cooling-off period you can return the products or indicate that you cancel the order (this is called revocation). This can be done by informing us in writing (for example by mail or e-mail). After revocation you have 14 days to return the product (s).

Handling:
To qualify for the return of an order, the product must be returned with all delivered accessories, in the original condition and with - as far as reasonably possible - undamaged packaging.
If this is not the case, a partial allowance will be calculated, the amount of which will depend on the state of the product.

For example, you can take a water block out of the box and view it. If you place it on a video card or processor, we can no longer sell the water block as new. We will deduct the depreciation resulting from this with the amount to be repaid.

Shipping costs:
• If the product is returned to us within the 14 day cooling off period, you will receive the shipping costs that you have paid to us within 14 days. If the initial purchase consisted of several products and you do not return all products, you will not be reimbursed for the shipping costs.
• Any costs and the risk of returning products are at the expense of the sender.
• For a product that appears to be defective immediately after purchase and is returned within 14 days, we will refund the shipping costs (without additional services) in accordance with the standard PostNL rates.

Purchase amount returned after dissolution
• You will receive the purchase price, including any shipping costs for the forwarding, when you have dissolved the purchase, as soon as possible from us, but no later than 14 days.
• We may wait with refund until we have received the goods back, or you have shown that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first

Exceptions in return or exchange:
A number of products can not be exchanged or returned.
• Open (broken seal), installed or registered software, DVDs, games, gift cards and vouchers.
• Opened consumables such as coolant and thermal paste. For assessing this, it is not necessary to remove it from the packaging. If the product has become unsaleable, the depreciation is 100% which we may set off against the amount to be refunded
• Items that have been put into use and have such user traces that it can no longer be repaired and can be sold as a new product.
• Items that can not be returned for hygienic reasons, such as in-ear headsets and earplugs (if opened, broken seal).
• Items which, after delivery, are irrevocably mixed with other items (for example, when a product got in contact with (cooling) liquid).
• Items specially tailored and/or ordered for you.

Return procedure:
• If you have not yet done so, we ask you to contact our customer service by e-mail if the product is delivered incorrectly and / or guarantee.
• For an adequate processing, we request that you state your order number and product range.
• The return is at the risk of the sender.
• Ensure a thorough overpack.
• Only return products if they are complete.
• Ensure that you sufficiently frank your shipment.

Revocation:
If you wish, you can use the European withdrawal form for cancellation. You will also find this form attached to our General Terms and Conditions (see link at the bottom of this page).

 


 

For Business

It can always happen that a product does not meet your expectations.

However, a business customer is not covered by the Distance Selling Act.
This means that you are not entitled to compensation for shipping costs in relation to the consumer unless it concerns a defective product within the 14 days cooling-off period. This reflection period starts from the moment the product is in your possession.

In addition, products that are incomplete, damaged or specially ordered for you are not eligible for exchange or refund.

Handling:
