Alphacools Eiszapfen series is forward-looking and characterized by excellent workmanship and high flow. The Alphacool icicle filter made of chrome is ideal for water cooling systems with microstructure chillers. The filter prevents the clogging of a microstructure chiller since such chillers can hardly be manually cleaned due to the small structures. The filter is constructed in such a way that there is no resistance through the screen. On the contrary, the flow rate of the screen is approx. 50% larger than a hose with an internal diameter of 8mm and about 30% larger than a hose with an inner diameter of 10mm. This filter is ideal for high-flow systems. Only when the filter has added more than 30% or 50%, a flow reduction occurs. This filter is available in two different color variations: Chrome and deep Black.
