De GP-Extreme 120×120 is ontworpen om perfect thermisch contact met het koellichaam te bieden bij installatie op PCB's met hoogteverschillen en oneffen oppervlakken, zoals microcontrollers, geheugen-IC's, analoge IC's, MOSFET's en andere SMD-componenten. Dankzij zijn zachtheid en ultieme thermische geleidbaarheid vult de GP-Extreme ruimtes goed en biedt de beste prestaties in zijn klasse. 

De GP-Extreme is niet elektrisch geleidend, niet corrosief, niet uithardend en niet giftig. De GP-Extreme zorgt voor een gemakkelijke toepassing en de afmeting van 120×120 mm past optimaal op extra grote PCB oppervlakken van GPU's, laptops, gameconsoles en andere dicht opeengepakte apparaten.
